Inspired by a shared dream, Gemma and Jason have artfully woven their latest architectural residence, Le Viti Farmhouse into the tapestry of its stunning landscape. This creation stands as a living ode to European architecture, a heartfelt tribute to the grounding way of life they have come to embrace. Le Viti is a sanctuary of serene elegance, where every moment invites rest and reflection amidst a setting of refined beauty.

In 2017, Gemma and Jason made the move to the Northern Rivers in pursuit of a dream that had quietly been growing for years. The plan was simple: spend a year in the Byron Hinterland and see if it felt like home. If it didn't, they would return to Sydney.
It didn't take long for the landscape to work its quiet magic.
Within weeks, they found themselves drawn not only to the beauty of the rolling hinterland and nearby coastline, but to the slower pace of life, the warmth of the local community, and the sense of connection that seemed to exist between people, nature, and place.
One weekend, the family wandered into what they believed was an open home, only to discover they had arrived on auction day.
They had already fallen in love with Newrybar and this special piece of land. Almost instinctively, Jason registered to bid. After a fast-paced auction and a few quick checks of recent sales, they found themselves the new custodians of a property filled with character, history, and endless potential.
From the very beginning, there was never any intention to start over. Instead, Gemma and Jason were committed to preserving the soul of both the Farmhouse and the Barn, carefully restoring and reimagining each space while honouring the history that had come before them.
